And that was 2010..

One picture a day to document my year. As of right now 2010 means a trip to Barcelona, graduation (and an uncertain future)and my twentieth birthday.

That was one year ago.

When I look back at the past year I remember a long and cold Winter.

In February I was fortunate to be able to escape it for a week when I went on my first trip to a warm contry with my parents. We had a great week in Egypt.

After that I think I was pretty busy with school and soccer. I know I spent a lot of late afternoons in the school working on my chess and there was also a lot of physics and math sessions at cafés downtown. Last but not least we had our project (about controlling your electric home equipment using texting) which we ended up winning 9000 kronor for! Aw, I miss playing soccer.

Then it was May. May was a great month! The best May ever!! First we went to Barcelona. After that we barely had any classes left so we just hung out until it was time for graduation(!). Oh, and there was prom. I was not feeling so good that night but it was so much fun to see everyone looking so handsome :)

Summer ment a lot of work. I had fun though and I got to spend the whole summer at Rossö. In July I run in to troble with my college application. At first it seemed like I would be unable to start school again in August but after a lot of phone calls and devastation I finally got accepted to Linköping. So did Anna-Giulia too :)

I was really hoping to get in to Chalmers in Gothenburg and I kept hoping to get in even after arriving to Linköping. It took a while to get settled but now I am really happy there. The first semester they gave us a crazy amount of work and after school there was other activities going on but then it got better and I had time for a little more than just eating and sleeping in my spare time.

I ended up passing all my exams which gave me a whole month for Christmas. My dad came to help me move to a new apartment then he took me back to Gothenburg. The year ended with another cold Winter but with warmth from family and friends.

Now on to 2011...

Lindex have the best fitting rooms!

December 28 - Rossö

My parents went to Rossö yeasterday. My mom took some pictures. It looks so pretty and peaceful. At the same time it is kind of strange. Snow is far from one of the things I associate Rossö with.

December 27 - fika with Karin and Emma

December 26 - doing nothing

I used my creative side this morning.

After beeing inside all day it was nice to get out and get some fresh air.

December 25 - Christmas morning sale

It was way too early which resulted in side effects. During the afternoon I just layed on the cauch watching movies half asleep.

P.S observe the line to even get in to the store.

December 24 - Merry Christmas!

December 23 - the tree is decorated!

This year we have a Christmas tree from Rossö.

December 22 - Christmas preparations

Mom is cooking the ham.

December 21 - funny restroom mirror

When we were at the movie theatre, waiting to get let in to the movie, Max and I found a mirror that made us really skinny, especially the legs. However, when you tilted your hand horizontal it got fat instead. We were amused for a while. Haha.

December 20 - where are all the other bikes?

I am obviously not in Linköping any more.

Decemer 19 - Kakbakarhanna

December 18 - I want wrinkles when I get older

What is wrong with wrinkles? They are charming and send out signals of wisdom, comfort and experience. I get so tired when I see people that have done face lifts, botox and such. I guess that it is their business, if it make them feel better about themslefs, but I really do not get it. I want to become as wrinkled as a raisin, not now, but over time.
